Agreeing to Perfectly Imperfect Design's terms and conditions simply means you understand and agree to the below:

Items are handmade, there may be slight flaws. We pride ourselves on providing A1 products, however due to the handmade nature your item may have slight imperfections that are unavoidable.

You will be contacted via email with decal options AND final sealing approval of your product(s). You are required to respond within 24 hours for both emails. Failure to respond within the 24 hour timeframe will result in our shop deciding on your decals and final product.

Our shop is a glitter based shop, however we do offer NON-GLITTERED items. When purchasing a NON-GLITTERED item it may have a speck of glitter here or there. We exhaust all efforts to keep glitter away from these design tumblers but it is not guaranteed.

Our current turnaround time is 3 - 4 weeks from date of purchase. Some products may list a specific turnaround time i.e. ready to ship items which ship within a week of purchasing. If the product description does not specify a turnaround time, your item will fall under the 3 - 4 week TAT. Note, this is an estimated TAT. Depending on order volume items may ship earlier or later than the estimate TAT.

Shipping is completed on weekends, Friday thru Monday. If your order is completed on a Tuesday, it will not ship until Friday OR if your order is completed on Monday, it will not ship until Friday.

All orders are FINAL. If you receive your product and you are not satisfied Perfectly Imperfect Designs will try it's best to fix the issue. 

​

If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from date received to contact our shop and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.
